Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg Downtown, an IHG Hotel

They took such good care of my mom and her friend over the holidays! Shout out to Derek for being so kind, helpful, patient and professional. I truly appreciate your care. We t above and beyond to extend their stay & keep the same room. My mom and friend loved the breakfast, the room & kitchen as well as sitting at the pool. Great location, central to everything.

I stayed here for my weekend of my birthday. The rooms were not as pictured when we arrived. The front door person was outside smoking. We had to wait for him to come inside and help us. Then he said he’d hook me up for my birthday dinner and call us at our room to give us information of where we could go Nearby he never called. the room itself was not that great and in an area with ongoing construction you can easily get lost trying to even get in the place. We did several times. There are only one-way streets surrounding it and with the construction you go in circles thanks to Google Maps.. the one thing I will tell you, though the breakfast buffet at this hotel is better than I have ever seen in any other hotel anywhere! The breakfast that we had before we had to hit the road home made up for the other things by a longshot! Also, the staff in the morning impeccable. I would definitely return just for the buffet alone. It was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel in the country.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites while in St. Pete’s for about 6 weeks and had a great experience! John at front desk was wonderful and went out of his way to ensure that my stay at the hotel was smooth and that I had everything I needed. He always greeted me with a smile and trouble shot anything issues that came up during my stay! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town and want an at home feel.

We traveled to St. Pete to visit family. We reserved a wheelchair accessible room. However, at arrival we were offered a hearing accessible room. The man at the front desk apologized and we were given a room with a roll in shower that was not their primary accessible room. At first glance we thought it could work. Unfortunately, the room set up prevented anyone in a wheelchair from getting into the bathroom! We quickly secured a room at another location with a wheelchair accessible room. Ihg refused to give us a refund. The room was incredibly dirty as well.
